Our Chapters
VOC operates primarily from its headquarters in Khobar and currently has one active chapter in Riyadh. The Riyadh Chapter serves as a local hub for VOC's programs, including debates, workshops, chair training, tournaments, and city-based initiatives.
As VOC expands, additional chapters will be established in other cities, creating new opportunities for students to engage with VOC's mission and connect with a growing network of peers. Each chapter functions as a regional extension of VOC, bringing its programs and community to local audiences while maintaining the organization's standards of excellence.
Established in 2025, Khobar serves as the birthplace and headquarters of VOC. All major initiatives, tournaments, and training programs originate here.
